Participatory Rural Appraisal

Participatory Rural Appraisa identify the old who are entitled for old age pension , single women ( widow ), Illiterates, waste lands, village without schools, the villages without electricity , people not in possession of lands, unregistered lands, prevailing problems in Daily Ration Depots, Job card holders under NREGS, non availability of roads and transportation facilities. ARTS has been addressing the identified problems and sorting out through implementation of above said programmes. The process is initiated through formation of communities into sanghas and federation of sanghas as Adivasi Sanghatitha. The major groups covered SHGs, Mutually Aided Co-operative Society members and Sanghas leaders. They strengthened the sanghas and federation. P R.As mobilizes the sanghas to impose confidence in Tribal community.
Leadership training programmes have been conducted and 36 members were imposed the leadership traits for acquiring self reliance and to represent the problem facing groups themselves. Adivasi Sanghatitha has been conducting periodic monthly meetings in villages to entail on people about awareness of rights and availing govt. welfare oriented measures and programmes.
